Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Glow Up My Nails

At Glow Up My Nails, we strive to provide premium-quality press-on nails and jewellery that are carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

We offer a hassle-free 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

We also offer refunds within 15 days of requesting the return in the form of STORE CREDIT only.

To Process a Return or Exchange

Please follow these simple steps:

Keep all items (including the invoice) securely packed and address the package to:

Please ensure that all items being returned or exchanged are:

Unused and unworn
In their original condition
Packed with original tags and packaging intact

Any item damaged after use or returned without original packaging/tags may not be accepted and can be sent back to the customer.

Return Pickup

Once your return request is approved, the package pickup will be scheduled within 3–5 business days through our courier partner.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the eligible amount will be credited as STORE CREDIT to your account within 15 days of return approval.

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued as store credit.
Exchange Policy

Products purchased from Glow Up My Nails can be exchanged with:

The same item, or
Another available item of equal value

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
