• We accept prepaid payments only (No Cash on Delivery available)

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Cancellation Policy:
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

All products sold on Glow Up My Nails are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This policy is strictly followed due to:
• Hygiene concerns (especially press-on nails)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share an unboxing video (mandatory) along with clear images
After verification, we will provide a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
Complaints without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse
• Proper care and usage instructions should be followed
